SHIPPING POLICY
How long until my order ships?
Most orders ship within 2 business days. For large home decor or furniture pieces (that require special shipment), orders will ship within 5 business days of when the order is placed.
Where do you ship to?
We ship all across the continental US. If you live outside of the US and are interested in purchasing an item, please email us at info@retreatstpete.com. If possible, we can go over shipping options with you to help complete your order.
Who do you use for shipment and when can I expect my item?
For all orders 15 lbs. and under we ship using USPS Priority Mail and you can expect your order within 1-5 days after shipment. For orders over 15 lbs., but under 40 lbs. we will use USPS Ground or UPS, whichever is more economical. When using USPS Ground or UPS you can expect your item between 7-9 business days after shipment. If you are receiving an error message or your total order weight is over 40 lbs. please email us so we can help complete your order for you. We do our best to work with our customers and our main goal is to get you your items as quickly and economically as possible.
How do you come up with your rates?
We calculate all of our rates based on total order weight. For orders 40 lbs. and under we have 5 price tiers:
- 0-5 lbs.: $7.95 (USPS Priority)
- 5.1-10 lbs.: $12.95 (USPS Priority)
- 10.1-15 lbs.: $19.95 (USPS Priority)
- 15.1-30 lbs.: $19.95 (USPS/UPS Ground)
- 30.1-40 lbs.: $29.95 (USPS/UPS Ground)
How do I track my order?
During the checkout process you are prompted to enter your email address. After the order has shipped an email will be sent to the address provided with tracking information. If for some reason you have not received your tracking information or have a question, please email us at info@retreatstpete.com and reference the order number provided in your confirmation.
